Are you ready to start progressing in your dressage and enjoying it at the same time?

Imagine putting your foot in the stirrup, swinging your leg over, and instead of feeling stuck and thinking “what do I do next?”, you feel clear and confident. You warm up with a checklist, you know what to change first, and you stop guessing. Your horse feels connected and responsive, and the work starts to flow. You finish the ride thinking, “I know exactly what to practise next.”

This is how your dressage can feel, sooner than you think. I have helped riders who were stuck for years start moving up again with one clear plan, and it is exactly what I will walk you through in this free workshop. The good news is, you are next.

Natasha Althoff

Natasha Althoff took a Friesian to Grand Prix. She’ll be the first to tell you she’s not naturally talented.

International competitor and Grand Prix rider

Let me tell you who I am, and why you can trust me with your riding. I’m a Grand Prix dressage rider. I’ve competed at Grand Prix for over ten years, and I was the first person to take a Friesian to Grand Prix in the Southern Hemisphere, something every coach I had told me couldn’t be done.

But here’s the part that actually matters for you. I’m not a naturally gifted rider. When I started, nothing came easily. I couldn’t feel the right diagonal. I couldn’t feel when my horse was on the correct lead. I’d ask my coaches, “okay, but when do I do that? How much? Why?” and they’d say, “you’ve just got to feel it.”

That’s the whole problem in dressage. The riders who are brilliant at it are brilliant because they feel it, which makes them terrible at explaining it. So I had to do it myself. I’m analytical, and I was struggling enough that I reverse-engineered every step into a recipe: plain English, do this, then this. That’s how I went from coming last, in tears, to Grand Prix. Not on talent. On tenacity.

And it means I can hand you the exact recipe I built for myself, so you never feel as lost as I did. That’s my mission: to help you fall back in love with your riding while you finally start making real progress.
