Victorian Championships Results! :) - Your Riding Success

Hello riding superstars!!!! :):):)

Well – as you may have remembered I had the Victorian Dressage Championships last weekend! 🙂

I had a really great championships with Abe pulling some new tricks out of the bag, and me really having some amazing learnings and exciting new things to work on!!

Abe came 5th in the Grand Prix CDN and qualified for the Kur which meant I had to re-learn my Kur that I had created about a year ago. It all went well, and in the Kur we came 3rd with 61.425%! 🙂

What I want you to learn from that is that I set a goal to do a Grand Prix Kur last year. Last years Victorian Championships I was to do my Kur, and I missed out by 0.5%. This year I did it… So this means I waited a whole 12 months to get my goal. Same as I waited 13 years to do a Grand Prix test.

It’s very easy for people to look at me and think how lucky am I – I just came 3rd in the Grand Prix at the State Championships… Well, I’m lucky because I worked hard, I set goals and most importantly… I never, ever, ever gave up!

As we sit here a couple of weeks before Christmas and the new year of 2013 I wonder what are your goals for 2013? Are they BIG? Are they exciting to you? Are they planned and worked out to the last detail? You may know I am meticulous about goals. Yes I have books of goals, whiteboards everywhere including in my bedroom. But as I always say… success leaves clues.

So if 2012 didn’t work out exactly as you hoped, perhaps it’s time to do something different. I have put together a FREE 2013 Success Pack which includes a video and a manual, to set you up for success! Click here now to make 2013 YOUR year for success!! 🙂
