It’s all your creation

People see beauty and think: “That’s beautiful”.

If you think some things are beautiful then you think other things are ugly.

Labelling something as good requires you to call another thing bad.

The concepts of difficult and easy support each other.

Long and short define each other.

High creates low,

Harmony creates dissonance,

Before creates after,

With creates without.

A Zen Master acts without effort, teaching without words.

New things are created, the Master simply accepts them.

Things fade away, the Master accepts this too.

The Zen Master can possess items without feeling ownership.

The Zen Master takes action without tieing emotion to the outcome.

The task is accomplished, but the Master doesn’t seek credit.

Because of non-attachment, the accomplishment lasts forever.
