How To Train Without Your Horse?

Hey Dressage Superstars! Today’s question is, “How To Train Without Your Horse?”

I know we are all facing a situation we have probably never faced or even fathomed before, and you know I am all about helping and supporting you in any way I can.
So if you are unable to ride your horse, if you are in lockdown and confined to your house… what can you do to improve your riding?

When I ask myself this question, I always think about 3 things… body, mind and spirit, and that’s what I want to share with you today!

If I improve my connection with my body, my ability to move my body and my ability to control my body, to keep my fitness up, including my cardiovascular fitness and my strength and suppleness, then I know my riding is going to be better when I get on the horse.
