It’s been 5 weeks since Natasha has had her baby… and she is working hard on getting her strength back and her body back to the way it needs to be to be at her peak performance.

This weeks episode is all about working on that strength, improving your core and your seat by riding without stirrups!

It’s all about balance, engaging your pelvic floor muscles, and really working on getting your leg long and building up your core strength.

Natasha explains this and demonstrates how to do it, what to work on and what she has been doing to get her strength back!
