How to Keep a Contact in Loose Rein Walk - DMA TV EP 29 - Your Riding Success

How do you keep and maintain a steady contact during a loose rein walk in your dressage test?

On Sunday night my husband Phil and I welcomed my little baby boy Tyler to the world!! He is so chilled out and relaxed – I just love him!

So since I have been waiting for so long, and I was so excited to get back in the saddle… I decided to ride my Grand Prix Friesian stallion Abe this morning and record a new video for you with me back to riding!! Only at the walk I promise – we will build up to everything else!

This week’s lesson is a question that I have been asked a number of times over the past few months – how do you keep your contact during a dressage test in a loose rein walk?

We hope you enjoy this video and learn lots from this lesson on contact in loose rein walk.

Until next week, happy and safe riding!!
