How to get rid of round shoulders when riding - Dressage Mastery TV EP73 - Your Riding Success

FREE Giveaway in March!! For anyone that joins us for Dressage Mastery Academy in March (that includes current members), you will get “HAND SECRETS UNDERCOVER” as a BONUS!! Click here to join now!

The giveaway covers what Natasha does with her hands in regards to contact, outside rein… And will be shown on various horses with different training levels, old and young. It’ll be a very valuable training tool to have.

This week Natasha answers the question: how can I fix my riding position, when I ride I get round shoulders? This is a fantastic question that I see that many riders have. Hunched forwards with round shoulders does affect the way your horse goes and is not a good postural position.

Natasha explains an alternative way to deal and think about this. Rather than addressing directly the round shoulders, she looks at the seat and in maintaining a correct seat, your shoulders have to be back.

We hope you enjoy this video and learn lots from this lesson.

Until next week, happy and safe riding 🙂
