This weeks question is how do I build up and get my canter stronger? The rider Dressage Mastery Academy member who asked the question said that their canter just gets faster and on the forehand and wants to know how do she improve the balance of the horse (and the rider) in the canter?

In this episode Natasha demonstrates the importance of half halts and use of leg to get the horse in a nice balance. With younger horses she does lots of trot canter transitions as they are quite weak and need building up to make the transitions nice and strong.
