Should you give up riding if you are too scared to ride?| FearLESS Friday Throwback

Should you give up riding if you are too scared to ride?

Hey Riding Superstars! Today we have one of our most popular FearLESS Friday TV Throwback! Should you give up riding if you are too scared to ride?

Should you give up riding if you’re too scared to ride? Two schools of thought. Some people say yes. Some people say no.

If you are going to give up on something, you need to make sure that you know why. So if you’re too scared to ride but you don’t want to give up, I kind of know where you’re at. It is the hardest, most saddest thing to love what scares you. So you have two jobs, you have two choices. You can either not love it, which is hard because if you love horses, it’s kind of built into you and it’s hard to just stop loving something that you love because you just love it or you can stop fearing it, which is the strategy I tend to go with.

I’d love to hear from you how you go and what strategies you use to get your horse to improve your confidence when you ride.

Offer as much details as possible in your reply – your story might just help someone else have a breakthrough in their riding journey!

Important: Links to other posts, videos etc. will be removed.

Thank so so much for reading, watching and sharing your story!

To Your Success,

Hey Fearless Superstars, today I’m going to answer the question, should you give out ridding if you’re too scared to ride?

Right, should you give up riding if you’re too scared to ride? Two schools of thought. Some people say yes. Some people say no. I don’t have a thought because I’m not you. Only you can decide if you want to give up on something.

If I love something, absolutely nothing gets to steal it from me. If I’m scared of something I love, I fix that fear immediately because I want to do more of and have more of what I love in my life. Call me crazy. But I think that’s the point of life, to do more and have more of what we love. So if what we love scares us, we need to resolve the fear. How do we do that? There’s a million videos I’ve done out there on what is fear, how to overcome fears. I’m not going to bore you with that. This video was ‘should you give up riding if you are too scared to get on’. So my answer to that is, if you can’t overcome the fear, then yes you should. But you should do everything in your power to overcome your fear.

And I’ve never met with a client yet that can’t overcome their fear. I’m an NLP practitioner. I work with phobias, I work with all different types of fear and believe you me, fear is not real. It is all you, self created. You created this and therefore you can uncreate it and start going back into the things that you love. So I’ve got free fear resource pack, make sure you check that out on the link below and overcome your fear and start doing what you love.
