Today we are going to teach you all about how we can use the 10m circle suppling exercise for your horse.

You may be thinking this is a simple movement and exercise, but this exercise is surprisingly good. It enables you to connect the back leg to the front.

We’ll teach you the theory of it and then show it on the horse. You are going to love this episode!

It actually follows on from last weeks Part 1 of suppleness by using the serpentine. If you missed it check it out here https://youtu.be/p7QPFON-6BA.

Suppleness is the key to success for so many aspects of dressage. It is important at all levels through to FEI.

If you are looking for a better way to train dressage, a clearer step by step system to follow, AND looking to have more fun in your riding with faster progress.
I’d love to hear from you how you go and what strategies you use when you are training your horse.

Offer as much details as possible in your reply – your story might just help someone else have a breakthrough in their riding journey!

Thank so so much for reading, watching and sharing your story!
