Success Stories

I can’t thank you enough Tash for the tools that you have given me.

When I first signed up for the Breakthrough to Your Riding Success Workshop, I was nervous as hell about being pushed out of my comfort zone. However, over the weekend I loved the energy that Tash brings and her honesty and the wealth of information – it was fantastic learning how to deal with my negative thoughts, trust myself, and focus on my goals. I never thought I could, or anyone else could change y thoughts or beliefs but Tash did!

THANKS so much to Tash & Phil, for allowing us to enter your home and also Kate, Loes and all the EP Team for your support. The Breakthrough weekend certainly pushed me out of my comfort zone in a big way, which was FANTASTIC. I learnt so much about myself, and I learnt that I’m a much stronger person than I ever gave myself credit for… Hell I BROKE THROUGH A WOODEN BOARD with my own bare hand! Sooo empowering!!! I can’t thank you enough Tash for the tools that you have given me. To ALL the fabulous wonderful people that I met at the Breakthrough weekend I wish you ALL the very best, you are ALL Champions and you all ROCK!!! Thanks again Tash…

I am really excited about my journey this year and beyond!! 🙂

I joined the Dream Team because I want to be the best that I can be and have the support from such a fantastic team of people. The first workshop was amazing – I am really excited about my journey this year and beyond!! 🙂

I loved learning about filters, and realising that I am allowing others to affect me – goal setting and working out my values were also favourite parts of the weekend – learning how to organise it all.

I LOVED the positive influence of the whole weekend! Thanks Tash!

I feel that this program is the overhaul I needed – I am absolutely loving the journey so far!

I made the decision to join the Dream Team after seeing an advert on the Ebony Park website. The main reason for joining the Dream Team was to regain the confidence that I used to have, not only in my riding, but in my life.

After the first Transformational workshop, I feel that this program is the overhaul I needed – I know this is going to help me in my riding and also in my everyday life. I loved learning about where my values are and realising that I need to alter them in order to achieve success. My favourite part of the weekend was planning and goal setting for the year – learning the tools I needed to make my 10 year plan!

I feel so empowered after the second transformational weekend of the Dream Team – I’m ready to face these fears I have! I loved learning the strategies for overcoming fear, and finding out the odd things that I believe in regards fear and success. The best part was the quizzes to see what personality types we were and how we learn things, as well as the tools to combat and change fear that I now have in my artillery.

I am absolutely loving the Dream Team so far – thanks so much Tash for an excellent weekend!! 🙂

Each workshop gets bigger and better – they are all eye-opening!

I loved exploring what is REALLY important to me, and what my goals actually are during the first Dream Team workshop. I am starting to feel a little more “free” with more direction on what I need. Thanks so much Tash – keep up the good work and I can’t wait for the next workshop! 🙂

I feel SICK after the second Dream Team workshop – but excited, and in a good way! I loved learning EVERYTHING – the information we gained during this weekend was fantastic. Delving deeper into the emotions – more understanding of how I work as a person, and why I haven’t been successful in the past – it was great discovering all of this and then addressing my fears and taking action!

Each workshop just gets bigger and better – they are all eye-opening – the hardest thing is now walking the talk, and now being acceptable to myself – I now need to take action, have self belief and let go of those fears! Thanks so much Tash, you were brilliant as usual!

I now have direction with all of the new tools I have thanks to the workshop.

The first Dream Team Transformational Workshop was so inspirational – I now have direction! Once my goals were defined then it was easy to put them into play with all of the new tools I now have thanks to the workshop. Each part of the workshop had its own “best bits” – realising your goals, knowing the steps to take and putting a time frame onto them… I loved the structure of the weekend – it all flowed and was easy to follow, even though there was a lot we had to absorb. I loved every minute of it – I am looking forward to the next workshop to learn even more and to my progress upwards to meet my goals!

I loved the insight into my thought processes!

After attending the Breakthrough to Your Riding Success Workshop in October 2012, I decided to join the Dream Team program.

After the first workshop, I loved the insight into my thought processes, finding where my values lie and what my beliefs truly are. The best part was talking about dealing with my environment, and not letting others push their emotions on me. I am absolutely loving the journey so far – I have found out so much about myself!

The depth of the learning and how far we were pushed was fantastic!

After the first Dream Team Transformational workshop, I feel I have learnt so much! It’s a great group of people and the content is all really interesting and informative. There are lots of learnings and great feedback to be had, so I think it has been a good balance of content so far. I loved everything about the weekend, but the standout parts were learning about values and beliefs, and how we filter events using ‘delete’, ‘distort’ and ‘generalise’.

After the second transformational workshop weekend, I have a lot of new learnings to take away with me about myself and my fears. The depth of the learning and how far we were pushed to find out about our fears, how we use and relate them and then discovering strategies to overcome them was fantastic! My favourite part was learning about our 6 core needs and how our unconscious feeds of them.

Natasha was an AWESOME presenter as usual, pushing us out of our comfort zones and making us look at things with a different approach – she is so knowledgeable.

The Dream Team journey so far has been the push I need to create change in my life.

“Hi Fabulous Natasha

I absolutely loved the “Using Balance”  visual.  So soft, subtle and gentle.  I am still a beginner rider in terms of skill and technique relative to where I want to be.

Your posture, relaxation and the forward and roundness of your horse is what  want to emulate.  Thank you so much for that image.

I love riding without stirrups. Everything seems to work better for me.  I trust my mare and feel safe.  I stop hanging onto my reins and I seem to have fairly good balance.  I fall apart a bit in the canter trot transitions which tells me I have to do something differently.

I love your approach it turns theory into practice.

I just wish that I could translate it into action on my horse.

Wonderful Wednesday to you.  Looking forward to anything that you have to offer.

cheers

Kerry aka Fabulous Kerry ( I like it )”

“I now have the self belief and the feeling that my goals are attainable!”

I came to the Your Riding Success Health and Fitness Workshop when I knew I needed to take action but recognised I needed help to change.

I was a little apprehensive about what the content would be, especially the NLP and if it would be relevant or a bit too out there.

I loved the warmth of the team, the fact that all the participants were valued, questions and feedback encouraged and how it was so interactive. It really made me think and examine the issues holding me back and I loved all the exercises that helped me to get into my head. I now have the self belief and the feeling that my goals are attainable! I would recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to improve and has an open mind about self evaluation on many levels.

Hi Tash,

Lovely that you contact everyone personally. I did go through the material and watched some of your videos, you are a beautiful rider and an excellent teacher.

A little about where I am in my riding journey, well I’m pretty much at the beginning:) I’ve recently come back to riding after a hiatus of approximately 15 years. I’m very excited to be working with horses again and taking on the challenge of re-learning how to ride!

Although I would love to be able to someday attend one of your workshops I don’t think it will be happening anytime soon being that I’m in New Brunswick, Canada a looooong way from Australia. For now I will satisfy myself with the great resources that you provide through your website. Thank you so much for what you are doing, you are an inspiration for me to become the best that I can possibly be not only in riding but in life! 🙂

Natalie

Since the workshop I have noticed such a change in my attitude and confidence with my riding and my horse has responded amazingly well, I couldn’t be happier!

I joined the Breakthrough to Your Riding Success Workshop initially to go along with Mum, because I knew she really wanted to do it. I have to admit to wondering how an unmounted course could possibly help my riding, however it really was an eye-opening and thought provoking weekend that raised challenges I didn’t even know I needed to overcome.

I found the Breakthrough to Your Riding Success to be a really positive experience, even though coming out of my shell into ‘character’ was something I found really foreign… I would like to thank you for your time, support and energy, you truly are an inspiration, and will remain an inspiration to me – in both my riding and personal endeavours.

I loved exploring visions and goals, getting an idea of what I need to do mentally and the plans I need to implement on a daily basis to improve my riding and achieve my goals! Since the workshop I have noticed such a change in my attitude and confidence with my riding and my horse has responded amazingly well, I couldn’t be happier!

“The first moment that I met Natasha I knew that I had made the correct descision. Her energy, enthusiasm & positive vibe made it a great experience…”

I was a bit unsure as to whether I should join the Dream Team or not, being a rider of only 5 years, I was sure that there would be other riders involved with years of expertise & that I would be the odd one out….

Well I couldn’t have been more wrong, the first moment that I met Natasha I knew that I had made the correct decision. Her energy, enthusiasm & positive vibe made it a great experience….

I learnt so much at the first workshop about myself & my negative beliefs that were holding me back from being where I wanted to be with my riding. I learnt how it was possible to change my mindset to become the person I want to be. I learnt how important values & beliefs are in life & that positive affirmations are the key to my success….

By setting my own goals for the next year & doing something each day to strive towards them I am realising that YES, I can achieve the results I have only dreamed of in the past. By commiting myself & remaining focussed it’s amazing what can be achieved.

After only being a member of the Dream Team 1 1/2 months I went to my very first competition!!!!!! I have never competed before in my life so I didn’t know what to expect but I came home with 4 blue ribbons!!!!!! In the past I thought I wasn’t capable of riding in a show, I was so fearful & nervous.I was always the person standing on the side lines watching everyone else have fun, too scared to give it a go myself. Natasha has helped me change all of my negative beliefs about myself & has shown me that if I focus on the present & leave the past in the past where it belongs, I can achieve my goals….

My next endeavour, is to ride my first dressage test, knowing what to focus on & by putting my energy into positive beliefs, I will realise my much anticipated goal. 2012 is shaping up to be the best year yet, Natasha has shown me the way forward with her wonderful program The Dream Team. I can’t emphasise how great joining the Dream Team is, there is no more excuses as to why you cannot achieve what you want to, if you aspire to be the best rider that you want to be then this is the program for you…

Hello, Natasha!I just went through the riding resources on your website, and I am not ashamed to say I teared up a few times! 🙂

I started riding when I was 30, so that will be five years ago. It’s been a challenge for me as I am not a “natural”. I don’t dance well either. LOL.

I have watched a few of your You Tube Videos and I have really learned a lot already! I started yesterday with what I’m calling “Hot Off The Aids Boot Camp.” one of my horses has problems going forward and the other has problems slowing down. Both are basic indicators that they are not moving off my seat and I’m tired of riding with my hands. On the first horse, I am using your “forward first” principle. The other is teaching me about half halts….I kind of suck at them. But that just means there is room for improvement, right?!

Thank you for taking the time to ask about us! I really enjoy your enthusiasm and candor…your accent is awesome also! 🙂

“Natasha has so much to offer, & is an extremely helpful & positive mentor & I am really looking forward to the rest of 2012!”

After reading an article Natasha had published in a newsletter & being able to relate a lot of what she was talking about back to myself & my ‘issues’, I was extremely interested & looked up her website.

I then started receiving her weekly blogs & found them very inspiring & helpful. Knowing Natasha personally I emailed her & explained my situation & my fears that I had planted in my brain about competing! At the end of 2011 I decided to join the 2012 Dream Team – this was not an easy decision for me, as I find it very hard to spend money on myself personally… my mind was going around in circles throwing out negative thoughts like “What if I just can’t be fixed or helped?” and “What if I invest my time and money and don’t ever overcome my fears”…

However, this concern was quickly put at ease after I started getting the workbooks, DVDs, emails & continual support Natasha provides! Now only 2 months into the Dream Team program, I already feel like I have learnt so much… I am feeling so much more confident in my riding – I had my first competition, (an unofficial Preliminary dressage test) on one of my young horses the other weekend & had so much fun!! Believe me the negative thoughts & fears were trying to slide back, in but the techniques Natasha had taught me really helped me to keep on top of it all…

So we went on and rode a fantastic controlled test… which we won with 84.5%! Was such an awesome feeling to get back out there & enjoy my competitions & feel success!!!! 🙂

I strongly recommend the Dream Team to anyone that wants to achieve better things in their riding, & learn goalsetting & the tools required to becoming a successful rider & trainer – I am so happy I joined. Not only have I learnt tools to control my nerves & fears, I have also learnt how to correctly set goals so they will be achieved, & how to improve in all areas of my life, not just riding… and I am only 2 months in!!!

Natasha has so much to offer, & is an extremely helpful & positive mentor & I am really looking forward to the rest of 2012!

“Thanks Tash, for allowing me to dream BIG DREAMS, for saying it was OK, and showing me the way to make them happen.”

I saw an advert for the Dream Team last year… I think it was on Facebook. At the time, I had just resigned from my position as an instructor at a riding school, in order to try to develop my own business. I was also trying to finish my NCAS Level 1 Coaching Certificate, but my self esteem, and belief in myself was at rock bottom. When I saw the ad, I thought I would look into it further, because I suppose I was looking for mentoring and support, to pick myself up and get myself going, and perhaps even some sort of approval from someone – to say that it was OK to have big dreams and to work towards achieving them.

I had already read some of Tash’s articles, and I liked the way she wrote, and put things into perspective. Yes, I was a little sceptical, I am a bargain hunter, and I am always wary of quick fix, and get rich quick schemes, and because I saw the advertising over the internet, I was hoping that I wasn’t getting involved in some sort of con! In the end, I made the decision to commit to the Dream Team, because I was ready to be mentored – “When the student is ready, the teacher appears”, and I felt I needed to make some positive changes to my thought patterns, in relation to my business, my riding, my teaching, and my relationships in general.

So what did I manage to achieve in my Dream Team year?

Business/Instructing:

First and foremost, I completed my NCAS Level 1 Coaching Certificate! This was probably my biggest challenge for the whole year, because I would fall apart with performance anxiety whenever I was assessed by a Coach Educator, and I needed to grow courage, determination and a much thicker skin and greater self belief in my ability to teach. I developed the courage to take some risks and actively seek work, and am now getting regular bookings to teach at riding clubs and pony clubs, and my own clientele has tripled.

I became an accredited HRCAV level assessor. This was something I applied to do 8 years ago, and did not pass the practical jumping assessment. I decided to have a go at reapplying this year and guess what? I passed with flying colours.

I decided to take a risk and go to the Equestrian Australia Education Conference in Sydney last year, all by myself, as a “networking opportunity”, and guess what? I networked! Met overseas contacts, have been invited to visit, and have just come back from promoting my business overseas.

Generally, with my business, I have been overwhelmed with the volume of work that has been coming in, and with repeat, and I hope, happy clients. I have had a steady stream of horses for riding and agistment, but most importantly, I have had the confidence to believe that I am making improvements to the horses that I have been riding. All of my work in the past year has been through word of mouth, which I think is really positive.

Riding:

This has been a slower process, probably because I have big goals, and really, the past year has been convincing my horse that she is part of the journey. However, I recognise that there have been huge improvements in our performance over the past year. A year ago, I was struggling to get my horse to be compliant and submissive at home, let alone in competition. It has taken a whole year of persistence and being committed to changing her attitude, as well as trying to work on my own competition performance anxiety. I have become much more resilient, much tougher, much less emotional, and more business like when it comes to my riding, and much more committed to challenging myself and my horse, because I have realised that I need to keep throwing more challenges at her, and the more I do, the better and more submissive she becomes. This of course, has had a carry on affect with all the other horses I ride, as I think no other horse is as challenging as Millie! So I am quite happy to push buttons. We finally got 70.5% in a preliminary test, after a year, and I feel we are finally achieving true submission at home. I can feel the hips swinging, and the back lifting in both trot and canter. Bring on 2012! We are booked in to a clinic with Heath Ryan next week. I would never have thought I was worthy of being taught by him!

I have written a lot about how the Dream Team has assisted me in developing the courage and self belief to make thing happen, and to work towards achieving my goals and ultimately, my dreams, but the other key thing that I learned was about time management. I was amazed by how much Tash plans out her life, and achieves so much. This is definitely an area of weakness for me, and one that I am working to improve. With this in mind, I have tried to make sure that I plan enough time to fit in my family and have time for them, as well as for me, and I think that I managed fairly well to achieve that balance in the past year.

Like everything in life, you really only get out of something what you are prepared to put in. At the first conference weekend with Tash, I made a commitment to myself to do as much, as achieve as much, challenge myself as much as I possibly could, and I had a huge year, bigger and better than I expected.

Thanks Tash, for allowing me to dream BIG DREAMS, for saying it was OK, and showing me the way to make them happen. I would recommend the Dream Team to anyone who has dreams, and is looking for a way to make them happen.

“I really want to say a huge thankyou to Natasha – the effect that you personally have had on my life is the one of the biggest life changes I have ever had, and it’s all for the better – and it’s not just in my riding.”

“I joined the Dream Team in April 2011, after trying for seven years to find a coach to help me with my fear of riding. I chose the Dream Team because I knew if Natasha, with all her training, couldn’t help me, no-one could.

Any reservations I had about the program or the results were dispelled at the first workshop.

After the first workshop, I learnt so much about myself, and why I do what I do, I couldn’t believe I had gone through life without knowing this before.

Then in the riding session, I had a huge fear of riding my horse away from home. I threw up in the morning before my lesson, and came to the arena shaking, with a heart rate of over 190bpm. I didn’t know what to expect, and I didn’t know if Natasha could help me. My goal for the session was just to get on and walk.

I don’t know how she did it, but after 30 minutes, she had me cantering around the arena, tears of joy running down my face, not believing it was me up there having so much fun.

For me, having achieved that, would have been enough for the year. But somehow, I found myself with enough courage and commitment to enter my first competition in August this year, only 4 months after joining the Dream Team. For 7 years I had only wished I could be someone competing at Werribee, but I knew I could never handle cantering around Werribee all alone, and having to do a competition.

Again, the day of my competition, I felt sick, and I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it. But Natasha had equipped me with the strategies and the knowledge to get through anything that came my way.

I successfully completed my first dressage test that weekend, and even now I don’t believe that I did it. The best thing is, I loved it! I can’t thank Natasha enough for not only giving me the encouragement to finally get my dream, but to make it such an enjoyable, exciting, pleasurable experience.

I am now working on improving my riding and my horse, so I can win a dressage test, knowing I won’t need to spend any energy on worrying about what can go wrong, and only focussing on what I have to do to be my best.

I really want to say a huge thankyou to Natasha – the effect that you personally have had on my life is the one of the biggest life changes I have ever had, and it’s all for the better – and it’s not just in my riding. Everything in my life has changed for the better – since I joined the Dream Team I got my dream job, we are moving into our dream house, my relationship with my partner and my daughter is better, and life is just easier and more fun! You have even taken away large burdens I have carried for my entire life, and made the future and present positive.

You are not just my mentor but my idol, and I am so thankful I have had the honor of having you in my life.”

Sara Shome

Dream Team Diamond 2011

And what Sara’s partner had to say:

“Being shown how to achieve everything we wanted has resulted in us living lives beyond our dreams, and it is all due to one person with the passion, knowledge, drive and heart that created our new lives.”

When my wife joined the Dream Team, to help her overcome her fear of riding, naturally I was happy to support her, but was unsure what would come of it. Natasha has turned out to be an outstanding person. To this day she is the most positive and contagiously enthusiastic person we have met. She had an instant positive influence on my wife, which has amounted to so much more than just riding. As a person, I have watched her grow into a happier and more confident person, which has created stronger and better pathways in both our lives, relationship and family. I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of this journey so far and found that I have changed a lot myself, from having this involvement and association with the Dream Team.

Being shown how to achieve everything we wanted has resulted in us living lives beyond our dreams, and it is all due to one person with the passion, knowledge, drive and heart that created our new lives.

“I just wanted to thank you so much for the Your Riding Success Riding Program, as it has helped me a lot!”

I had my first lesson in about a year on Monday. My coach said to me that I rode really well! Considering all the health issues I have been through this was a really great thing to hear. I just wanted to thank you so much for the Your Riding Success Riding Program, as it helped me a lot! Even though I am only up to Month 2 – The Seat, I have learnt soooooo much. When i was riding, I felt myself automatically telling myself to fix different issues in my seat/posture. I was conscious of the NOT gripping with my knees etc. It was great. Tash thank you soooooooooooo soooooooooooo much.

Sim Sykes – Your Riding Success Riding Program 2012

“I was actually exhausted by the end of the workshop because I was trying to take in as much as possible! I went home with the feeling that I had learned something new!”

Ever since I read about Natasha in ‘Chaff Chat’, I have wanted to go to one of her workshops – there was no way I was going to miss it!! I just thought that the more help I can get and the more I learn, the better off I’ll be. I loved learning about NLP, and how I can improve myself and what I need to do to make my dreams come true. I think the most interesting and important thing I took away from the workshop, was the information on internal representation, as well as the Be.Do.Have system. 🙂 I was actually exhausted by the end of the workshop because I was trying to take in as much as possible! I went home with the feeling that I had learned something new! It kept my mind working long after the workshop, even now I still look over the stuff we wrote down and think about it 🙂 I think anyone who is interested in the Dream Team would be crazy not to do it. The amount of things that I learned from Saturday I’ll never forget and I’ll always put them into practice. I really enjoyed the workshop! Just the amount of ‘get up and go’ that Natasha had throughout the entire workshop made it a really positive experience, because it let me know that if you are so passionate about NLP and helping others to reach their potential, then it must be worth listening to.

“I loved Tash’s passion for what she was talking about, and found the workshop interesting.”

I decided to come to the workshop as i feel in stuck in a rut with my riding and knew tash could get me out. I loved Tash’s passion for what she was talking about, and found the workshop interesting. My number one thing I learnt was the steps I need to take to get to where I want to be with my green horse. I think Tash went above and beyond with the workshop, it was great. I would recomend other people for the workshop who need to be motivated again. I just wanted to say to Tash, that I realy appriciate what you have done for me, I’m very very keen to get back in the saddle and work with my green boy. We are going to get to grade 5 in a year. Thankyou so much Tash.

“I loved getting information on how to get what I want – how to set goals and how thoughts, beliefs and values can help or hinder us in achieving our goals…”

I decided to come to the workshop on Saturday because I knew I needed to do something about my riding/life/goals and I hoped Natasha would be able to help me. I loved getting information on how to get what I want – how to set goals and how thoughts, beliefs and values can help or hinder us in achieving our goals. My number one learning was that it all comes down to me – changing my beliefs and values to help me get what I want, that no-one will do it for me 🙂 Natasha gave so much value and was very generous giving her time so freely as well as afternoon tea! I would recommend her programs to anyone who wishes to learn how to succeed.

I really enjoyed myself on Saturday, thankyou so much Natasha for your time and help!

“I gained so much of value from the workshop, not only in knowledge but also in motivation to be a better person and to reach for the stars.”

I decided to come to the YRS workshop on Saturday because I wanted to learn how to improve my riding and overcome some of the issues I am currently having with my showjumping. I loved Natasha’s enthusiasm and passion for NLP and helping people overcome their problems and fears in horseriding. My number one learning was how important goal setting is to truly understanding what you want to achieve and how to go about achieving the results you want. In the past my goal setting efforts had been very wishy-washy and I have never followed through with regular checks of whether I was achieving those goals and holding myself accountable for the results; either positive or negative. I really found the Be – Do – Have model useful and will be implementing it myself in my everyday life, along with more detailed planning of exactly how I am going to achieve the results I want and more regular reviews of my progress. Natasha gave huge value and it was very generous of her to give of her time and knowledge. I gained so much of value from the workshop, not only in knowledge but also in motivation to be a better person and to reach for the stars. I would certainly recommend the program to others. It offers so much knowledge about goal-setting, mind-set training and perception control that are never covered in equestrian books or by instructors. This knowledge is integral to becoming a better rider and achieving solid results. Thank you Natasha.

“…the most important for me was learning about how to set up success strategies, so I can achieve my goals.”

I attended Natasha’s free workshop to get ideas and skills to make riding a more positive experience, and learning ways to achieve the goals that I set. I loved everything about the workshop, especially learning about the different stages of the “Be-Do-Have” principle. I learnt so much as a result from attending the event – from changing my interpretation of events, and not get ahead of what is actually happening, to challenge my beliefs to achieve a better outcome, to be ok with getting things wrong and failing (something I really have to understand), and learning about the 6 core needs and how to meet them resourcefully. 🙂 But I think the most important for me was learning about how to set up success strategies, so I can achieve my goals. Natasha gave so much value and I learnt so much. I would recommend this program to others who I know struggle with their riding to be able to overcome their fears and achieve goals, also people who are really negative and don’t believe they can do things on their own.

Thank you Natasha and Kate for setting up a great afternoon on Saturday, I learnt a lot and can’t wait to incorporate some of these strategies into my riding. I really, really do appreciate the time both of you put into running the workshop and it really was a worthwhile experience 🙂

“I loved learning how goal setting and planning can really help in life as well as horses.”

I came along to Natasha’a workshop as I am always looking to learn something new in regards to horses, it was close to home and sounded interesting. I loved learning how goal setting and planning can really help in life as well as horses. My number one learning was being specific when goal setting. Not being specific is an easy get out. Natasha gave incredible value and I would recommend this workshop to anyone who needs direction in life as it’s not just about horse riding and getting to your next competition, it can also be about your whole life, from work to hobbies etc. Thank you Natasha for sharing you knowledge and energy with us on Saturday, I had an absolute ball!

“I loved the whole thing, Natasha is a fantastic presenter and everything you said was so relatable to me!”

I came along to the workshop as I have been inspired by Natasha’a emails and articles in Chaff Chat and thought it was the perfect opportunity to see what she was all about and find out more about NLP. I loved the whole thing, Natasha is a fantastic presenter and everything you said was so relatable to me! I Loved the fact that we got notes and a chance to write down our own goals and ambitions, loved the free month of Your Riding Success Program and I feel as though it was very generous of her to give up her time for a free workshop. My number one learning was that I need to write my own success criteria in order to achieve the goals I want. I love the fact that Natasha encouraged everyone to dream big and is so enthusiastic about everyone’s dreams. I also loved learning about the concept of IR’s, I could exactly picture all the negative IR’s I have had with my riding, listening to Natasha talk about this was so interesting. Natasha gave huge value and I think this program has something to offer every rider and even non-riders as it can be apllied to so many different aspects of your life. Natasha I am so inspired by your riding, horses and all your NLP knowledge, looking forward to learning more from you!

“The Dream Team is huge value for money and anyone who wants to improve themselves and achieve the best of themselves for themselves should do this program.”

“Living in WA it was a huge financial and time committment to come down to Vic but as soon as I got my Dream Team Pack I knew I HAD to be part of it. The Dream Team allows you to connect with geniunie supportive horsey people and Natasha’s wealth of knowledge about NLP, goal setting and riding brings it all together so you know what to do and for me I really started to believe in myself. The Dream Team is huge value for money and anyone who wants to improve themselves and achieve the best of themselves for themselves should do this program.”

“The Dream Team is perfect for people that have hit a brick wall in their training…”

“My whole way of thinking has been changed and now I know how I can achieve my goals. The Dream Team is perfect for people that have hit a brick wall in their training or riding progression. It’s an answer to so many questions and demands you stop making excuses!”

“I’m so glad I made this decision”

“I wasn’t sure if I should join the Dream Team as I thought perhaps I wasn’t good enough or let others down. I made the decision to join because I had enough of my negative thoughts and I told myself I am good enough to do this and if I’m not I will learn to be. I’m so glad I made that decision. Natasha has shown me the way to become the real me and at the end of the first day I came home and screamed, yelled, danced and jumped for joy. Anyone who is stuck or unsure in the riding or goals has to do this program.”

“By going through the exercises and learning how I think, I have unlocked a whole new me ready to go.”

“I loved Natasha’s energy and excitement. By going through the exercises and learning how I think and how my beliefs hold me back has unlocked a whole new me ready to go. I love that I am committed to developing myself and getting results for not only the next 12 months, but for life. By having the support the knowledge and the kick up the butt if I need it I know I will achieve my goals. I was a bit reserved about joining the Dream Team as change can be scary and the Dream Team is really different. I often try new things and quit when things get hard. Knowing I have committed to this program for a year and will remain focused on getting results by the way the program is structured I know the next 12 months will be amazing for me. Its reassuring to know I have access to Natasha’s wealth of knowledge and inspiring enthusiasm. I would recommend the dream team to anyone who wants to get their goals on track and start getting results.”

“I’m enjoying putting it all into action and achieving my goals rather than just dreaming them.”

“I had reservations about joining the Dream Team due to the time commitment. With two young children it’s challenging to arrange my time and babysitters around undertaking something like this. But I realised it was important for me to focus on my goals and dreams and set an example of success for my kids.

I loved learning about beliefs and self-talk. I’m excited about how that can be changed and is pivotal to changing behaviour for success. I’m enjoying putting it all into action and achieving my goals rather than just dreaming them.

I would recommend the Dream Team to people like myself who have perhaps lost sight of their dreams amongst the everyday demands of life.”

“I’ve had a lot of lessons on how to sit on a horse but not so many people can teach you how to change your mindset”

“I was worried about joining the Dream Team as it was a lot of money to spend. After doing the first month I am happy to know it definately is value for money. I’ve had a lot of lessons on how to sit on a horse but not so many people can teach you how to change your mindset. I love working with like minded people and developing an awareness of how and what is causing my behaviours and how to change them. I would reccomend the Dream Team to anyone who wants to be more positive about their riding and themselves.”

“I would highly recommend the program, and I am forever thankful to Natasha for putting together a program that has helped me so much with my riding”

“I started the program in the hope that it would improve my riding and give me some answers that I have been looking for for quite some time. I had also been carrying some major fears with riding and quite often I felt clueless and confused because although I had some tools – I did not have all the foundations that I needed in order to be able to put it all together properly. Before starting the program I had lost a lot of confidence with my riding skills and I was doubting my own abilities. Since starting the program I have already achieved so many wonderful things – things that I couldn’t do before, and things that I have struggled with for years – and what’s more, when i have achieved it even if it has only lasted a moment, it has been absolute magic! The program itself is exciting and interesting, and it gives you all the foundations that you need to succeed – it is worth every cent. Natasha is an absolute inspiration for not only her own knowlege and riding skills, but her ability to teach it in a way that is not only understandable but exciting and fun. I would highly recommend the program, and I am forever thankful to Natasha for putting together a program that has helped me so much with my riding.”

“In three months after joining the program my scores improved from 53% to an amazing 70%!!”

I decided to join the “Riding Success Program” after becoming tired of receiving the same poor dressage scores and reading the same judges comments time and again. I had set myself goals but had no idea of how to work towards reaching them. With a young family, my riding time is limited and I wanted an effective training program that provided direction and motivation.

In three months after joining the program I have improved from scores of 53% to an amazing 70%! I am thrilled! But the best part of the program is that it gives you the skills you need to assess your riding and respond to the situation. Not every ride is wonderful, but I learn something new each time.

Thanks Natasha!

Hi! Im Jeanette Persson from Sweden. I just want to say thank you for helping me with my riding! My horse bucked me off a couple of times and I was REALLY REALLY scared to ride him again. After reading your blog, articles and watching your videos on YouTube, I got so much more motivation and energy and that was just what I needed! So now I can ride him by myself inside the arena and outside! I’m still a bit scared but I’m doing it! Thank you Tash!!!!!!

Best wishes from Jeanette!!

Hi Natasha,

I asked you a question on youtube about “making your horse listen more”. Well now a few months further down the track, I’m starting to see changes in my riding (finally). The horses that I ride listen more to my aids, and I feel that I am communicating better with them. I used to canter with my hands (sometimes one or both) on the saddle to support my balance… I know it’s bad, but my balance wasn’t that good. A few lesson back, I was learning to keep my balance more, since last week I finally ride a full circle in canter with my hands off the saddle, and yesterday I rode the canter with the reins in my hands, and I didn’t even pull on the reins to support myself for balance!

So for me, I’m finally having (good) progress in my riding… I wanted to tell you this, because you helped me with this through your videos….

Greetings,

Michael Vitalis (from the Netherlands)

“First of all, thank you so much for answering my question on Diagonals, it was really helpful and I can’t wait for next weeks lesson to try again! I have to say it was really surreal watching your video and you talking to me!! Of course I had hoped for an answer to my question but I guess I didn’t fully expect a reply, especially so quickly! So thank you for making me feel…important i guess.

I really liked what you wrote about setting goals. At the moment, as you know already, it’s learning about Diagonals.

I’m soooo glad I found your Youtube channel!

I think that it’s so cool that I can learn and interact with someone literally on the other side of the planet about a common interest!

I look forward to learning all I can from you.”

“When I heard about Natasha’s Riding Program I simply HAD to join!”

I had no reservations about the value of the program as I was super excited to finally have a program that l could keep and reuse as often as l wanted. l wish l was able to have a program like this right from the start when l was learning to ride.

What I love about the program is its so comprehensive. You have DVD’s, workbooks and a master NLP practitioner writing a full success newsletter to you every month. What more could I ask for or need? Every month I am hanging for my next instalment as I just want to get the information and start working on it straight away!

The riding program has shown me I can do anything and I really do have a reference of all the answers I need to achieve my goals. The results speak for themselves. I am now reaching my goals!

I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn more about their riding. Its the most informative, helpful and easy to understand program out there and there isn’t anything out there that presents the material in this comphrehensive way. It doesn’t matter how you learn because you have the visual aspect of the DVD’s and then the reading part of the workbook so you can’t go wrong. Its pure and simple a brilliant program.

“I would recommend the Your Riding Success Club to anyone who wants to improve themselves as a person and help achieve their dreams”

“I find the Your Riding Success Club very rewarding. I brush up on previous posts Natasha has written to help remind myself when I have a bit of a downer. I have noticed as a result I’m slowly having less unconfident moments which is what I use the site for. I would recommend the Your Riding Success Club to anyone who wants to improve themselves as a person and help achieve their dreams.”

“I was able to relate to so many aspects of your ebook, & it has made me realize really how powerful the mind is in achieving our goals & keeping our dreams alive”

Loooved your ebook!! I couldn’t have read it at a better time. I was towards the end of a 6 week recovery from an injury after my new horse threw me off. In my countdown to riding again, all I could do was continuously replay the incident – which was not helping to mentally prepare myself to ride again – even though the only thing I wanted to do was ride! But after reading your ebook, it gave me the confidence to stop thinking about the past, or what might happen, and just ride in the moment – it was amazing!

I have had many struggles & challenges over the many years I have been riding, including spending nearly 5 years just riding around the paddocks, when all I wanted to do was compete again, but had no float! Anyway, due to my persistent, never accepting that this can’t be all there is attitude, I made the decision 2 years ago that I am going to do whatever I can (with the help of my amazingly supportive partner!) to buy some acres & start competing! We now live on 12 acres & I have an incredible young WB ( my dream horse!) who I plan on competing in EA before the end of the year.

I was able to relate to so many aspects of your ebook, & it has made me realize really how powerful the mind is in achieving our goals & keeping our dreams alive.

Can’t wait to learn more!
Thanks
Nicole

“The Ebook has helped SO much, in fact, I knew that I’d have to grab a pen and paper before I even started reading it to take notes lol :)”

“It has explained sooo much! Actually, the ‘eating the elephant’ concept of ‘one bite at a time’ was really simple, but an amazing quote and explains so much.

Makes everything easier. I’ve made my list of goals now – thankyou for the motivation to do that 🙂

Thankyou again for the Ebook – it’s marvelous! :)”

“Natasha has given me a tool I can use in training and at competition and perform a lot better!”

“When Natasha first talked about coaching I was a bit skeptical at first. But when she spoke about how beliefs, values and significant emotional events in your past at an early age unconsciously shape your future unless you are aware of them and change them I thought, there must be something in this. I made the decision to undertake performance coaching with Natasha as I felt I needed to do better. At competitions there was something missing. And after our first session I felt that Natasha was very confident and could give me something new to look at.

I have specifically benefited by performance coaching with Natasha as she has given me a tool I can use in training and at competition to stay in the moment and therefore perform a lot better. I would certainly recommend Natasha to some of my students who are not very confident or a bit hard on themselves. Natasha is more than capable to help them with their confidence and give them tools and techniques to improve their performance.”

“Being able to have someone (apart from myself) guide me through and past my limiting beliefs and comfort zone is such an advantage.”

Being a coach myself I totally get the value of coaching, so I was very curious about coaching with Natasha just because every coach has their own style. I loved Natasha’s way of asking questions and giving me room to explore the answers. I really valued getting coaching from a rider, who can relate to the challenges we face in this sport. On top of that, Natasha and I both got our education from TCI, who I trust is the best coaching school in Australia. Being able to have someone (apart from myself) guide me through and past my limiting beliefs and comfort zone is such an advantage.

It really helped me clarify where things are not working for me (and my horse) and finally make the commitment to change. Having a coach made me much more aware and accountable for my behaviour. Love it! I would recommend anyone who needs help with their mindset or wants to take their performance to the next level to take the step to take on coaching with Natasha. Her coaching is very much focused on helping you getting the results you want to achieve in your riding. She is dedicated and equipped with the skills and the riding insight to benefit every rider.

“I am able to understand what I am asking of the horse and understand why we do things.”

When I first heard about Natasha I was worried she may be too advanced for me and my horse. I was also worried she may be like all the other trainers out there I had tried and she wouldn’t be able to help me. I was really looking for someone that could take us on as individuals and be open to different training methods when needed as my horse was a cutting horse before I asked him to be a dressage horse.

I made the decision to start working with Natasha after reading one of her articles in Chaff Chat and calling her up. She was just the trainer I had been searching for. Someone that works on your mind as well as the horse and your training together.

Since working with her I have received so many amazing benefits. I am able to understand what I am asking of the horse and understand why we do things. I also know what I need to achieve until our next lesson as I have her lesson report waiting for me when I get home. When I go out I have her full support and even when I have problems at home she is right there helping me out through emails or the phone. I have never had a trainer before that is there for you all the time not just the lesson.

Since beginning working with Natasha in February 2010 I went from grade 3 with scores of 53% to 58% to winning two grade two tests scoring 63.04% and 69.54% in September 2010. I am so happy with my results and I know I wouldn’t of been able to do it without Natasha’s guidance and support. She has such a great way of explaining things and teaching you.

I would recommend anyone who has dreams of going somewhere with their riding, or wants to learn how to do things properly in a fun, safe environment to see if they can get in with training with Natasha. I certainly am glad she trains me!

“I have and will continue to recommend Natasha as a performance coach because outside my own family I know of no one else I would trust to share confidences and dreams”

I was Director of News, TEN 10, Sydney.

Yes I was skeptical at first of undertaking coaching sessions, because one of the key messages I have for myself is: “If it is to be it’s up to me.” But I was also honest enough with myself to recognise I wasn’t making a lot of headway on my own.

I went ahead with personal coaching because of my lack of progress with my goals. I quit journalism more than a decade ago, questing for greater personal – rather than professional – fulfilment. It was been an overly-long journey. I needed help and I am open-minded enough not to reject anything without trying it.

Natasha ALWAYS believed in me and my ability to achieve the goals we discussed; then once we began working together, Natasha ALWAYS was supportive with suggestions as well and Natasha NEVER was negative when appraising my results.

I have and will continue to recommend Natasha as a performance coach because outside my own family I know of no one else I would trust to share confidences and dreams.

Not just words, Natasha. You are a very special soul.

“I was led on a path where I could find the answers within myself.”

Natasha was really focused on me. She asked the right questions at the right time and was 100% committed that I was going to find the answer. Through her powerful questioning I became aware of why I was engaging in destructive behaviors and what that was costing me in the life I was leading. She then showed me how it could be different which motivated me and made me understand I wanted to change, I could change and I was going to! Natasha never told me the answers or told me what to do or not do, but rather with her unique questioning I was led on a path where I could find the answers within myself. She was right there for me supporting me guiding me and helping me realise who I wanted to be. Before the session I was out of control with my eating, gaining a lot of weight and feeling unhappy, out of control and powerless. After the session with Natasha I completely understood why I was engaging in that destructive behavior, and I knew I didn’t want continue living that way. I felt powerful, strong and clear on myself and naturally without any effort I stopped eating unless I was actually hungry. I have lost weight and stayed in control of what I eat, not by willpower or strict dieting rules, just a complete letting go and relaxation and understanding of choice. Thank you Natasha!!! You truly are amazing!!!!

“She has made a dramatic improvement in my life and she really knows how to draw out the best in a person.”

I have been meeting with Natasha for Life Coaching. During these sessions I have learnt a lot about myself and she has guided me in sorting my personal and professional side of life. She has shown me different methods I can use in my personal life to cope with different situations and professianlly she has guided me in the right direction to start my own business. She is a fun and bubbly person who makes me feel positive about myself and I look forward to every session I have with her. She has made a dramatic improvement in my life and she really knows how to draw out the best in a person. I would be happy to recommend her to anyone who needed her service.

“Natasha has been instrumental in helping me form specific plans that really work to progress me towards my goals.”

I’ve been the type who loves to dream about things but takes forever to put these dreams into practice. Since working with Natasha, this pattern has completely turned around. Her energy, enthusiasm, encouragement and genuine desire for my success shines through every coaching session. I’m no longer waiting for the perfect time or the perfect place – I’m jumping in regardless, with GREAT RESULTS! Natasha has guided me on how to doubt myself less and aspire to bigger and better things. She has been instrumental in helping me form specific plans that really work to progress me towards my goals. No matter what issues I bring to each session, her coaching gets straight to the crux of the matter, where lasting change is found. I have no hesitation in recommending Natasha highly to anyone looking to reach their full potential and wanting to transform their lives.
